One-time setup

Spotify's own web player cannot make a sound in this app: its audio is Widevine-encrypted and this runtime has no Widevine CDM. So Ondographics drives Spotify instead, and Spotify makes the sound on your phone, your laptop or a speaker. To allow that, Spotify needs to know which app is asking.

This is optional. Nothing else in Ondographics needs Spotify, and you can close this window and never see it again: the music, the visualisers and the OBS overlay all work without it.

Open developer.spotify.com/dashboard and create an app (any name; Web API).
In that app's settings, add this exact Redirect URI:
http://127.0.0.1:9864/callback
Copy the app's Client ID and paste it below. There is no client secret in this app, and you should not paste one.

Ondographics never sees your Spotify password, downloads no music, and stores nothing but the account's own access token, encrypted with your Windows account.

Your account

Sign in with your own Spotify account. Playback starts in Spotify's own app, so open Spotify on this computer or your phone first - this window is the remote. Once something is playing, the visualisers, the OBS overlay, the now-playing strip and the pet all follow it, and the media keys on the keyboard press Spotify rather than the YouTube window behind it.
