EduLink
A school portal that puts the timetable, grades, homework and messages of four roles in one calm place.
Students get a timetable with a live calendar subscription, weighted averages, a planner that runs to the last day of the term, coursework with hand-in confirmation, a focus timer, word cards with spaced repetition and the free gaps in today's timetable - including cancelled lessons. Parents get each linked child, a grade planner, parent-teacher meetings and absence requests, and read a child's messages only after that child's mentor approves it.
Teachers set tests per class, take grades and confirm hand-ins in one click. Admins get people, classes, subjects and a searchable audit trail, plus an "Inzicht" tab that joins grades, attendance and care notes per child, so a mentor conversation starts from a name instead of a hunch. Role scoping is enforced on the server for every request, not hidden in the interface.
- Four roles with server-side scoping: student, parent, teacher, administrator.
- Planner to the end of term, calendar subscriptions per child, study blocks nobody else can see.
- Privacy where it counts: a parent's read-only view of a conversation is granted per child, by the mentor.
- Dutch throughout, with the demo school Alder Grove entirely fictional.
