Hours, invoices and bookkeeping for a company whose people work at different customers in one day.

Employees book hours, breaks and travel; the owner and the bookkeeper see cost against revenue per customer, per employee and per period. Approved hours become invoices, and the bookkeeping side runs from there to supplier bills, VAT, payment runs and a bank reconciliation.

The part that makes it a product rather than a timesheet: a customer portal where the client signs off the week before it is invoiced, and a licence system that ties each installation to a signed key rather than a login on my server.

• Clock-in, leave, signed work orders, expense claims with receipts and project budgets.
• Sales invoices from approved hours, credit notes, aging, payment runs and SEPA files.
• Purchase orders, stock, multiple VAT rates and MT940/CSV bank matching.
• Audit log, customer portal, Excel and PDF exports, Dutch interface throughout.
