PlayPort

A game-server and web-hosting panel that is one .exe, not a stack of daemons.

PlayPort installs and updates Minecraft and Steam dedicated servers, gives every one a live console, and hosts websites beside them on their own ports. It carries a first-party plugin into a Paper server in one click and asks Let's Encrypt for a certificate when a site needs one. State is JSON on disk, so there is no database to run, back up or upgrade.

It is the panel this website is served from, which is the honest reason to trust it: the mail this domain sends, the certificate on this page and the modded server behind the demo all go through the same program. It is also the product most people ask to buy, so the walkthrough below is deliberately concrete about what it does and does not do.

  • Minecraft Vanilla, Paper, Forge, NeoForge, Fabric, Quilt and modpacks, plus SteamCMD titles.
  • Static, PHP/FastCGI and reverse-proxy sites, each with files, logs, its own port and a certificate.
  • Live console over WebSockets, CPU/RAM charts, file manager, scheduled zip backups and timers.
  • A mail server with DKIM, SPF and DMARC checks, multi-user roles, Cloudflare tunnels and a REST API.
